INNOVATUS SUMMIT

Innovatus was a cross-industry summit held in Cleveland, Ohio on March 22, 2018. The event was hosted by Skyscraper, Inc., Kohrman Jackson & Krantz, and Cohen & Company. This event was intended to spark new ideas in the minds of the attendees as to how they could introduce innovative practices within their organizations. This idea helped inspire the logo for the conference. The forward-thinking typographic mark is abstracted with dots spawning from the type to convey the concept of ideas being formed from one larger initial thought or statement. The color palate and imagery were chosen as a homage to the three companies hosting the event. Each company’s brand colors feature a shade of blue, and each also has a tie back to the host city, Cleveland, Ohio. These graphic elements were applied to print and digital materials to promote the event including invitations, banners, programs, notebooks, posters, name tags, and presentations.
